1.Cancellation

To avoid any possible delays, we will process your order right after we receive your payment. Thus, we are unable to make any critical changes relating to the delivery of an order once it has been placed. This includes cancelling your order, and/or combining any shipments.

2. How do i make a return?

Due to our nature as a purchasing agent, we are sorry we DONT accept returns without reason.

Of course you can always return and get a full refund for damaged or faulty goods.

If you think you have received a faulty or incorrect item, please email us at Lamour.collection68@gmail.com or our wechat: Lamourcollection with the pictures of the fault within 7 days of receiving your item. Once we inspect the goods and confirm that there is a genuine fault, you will be emailed with next steps to get a full refund, replacement (if available), exchange or repair (where possible). Please be aware that return is at your own expense, shipping fee will not be reimbursed or covered.

Please note, we do not accept returns on items damaged by general wear and tear. L'AMOUR reserves the right to determine a genuine fault in the clothing.

All returns should be sent back to us in their original packaging provided within 7 days. Returns that are damaged, soiled or returned without their original labels may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.
